I was asked to contribute to the Love is a Four Letter Word serial that my fiancee and I were featured in a couple months ago on Vancouver Is Awesome. I had a hard time finding a couple willing to divulge their intimacies: How they met, what was the attraction and so on and who fit the criteria. I thought and made lists of suitable couples that I knew or that we knew people in common, and I finally found the perfect couple.
Tonight we met for their interview in the eclectic setting of the Prophouse Cafe. I was so inspired by their love for life and their sense of humour that I sat right down and transcribed the whole interview in one sitting. (Note to self: transcribe the interviews right away to avoid procrastination.)
I’m looking forward to seeing the finished article and I realize that I would love to do more personable interviews in the near future. I think we all need to try new things to see how it fits, and I loved the dynamics of this interview.
